Technical assessment center for future network managers, dispatchers and operators at all voltage levels
The Technical Development Centre (TDC) is a one-day potential diagnostic procedure. With the help of standardized tests, behavioural observations and a simulation exercise, we support you in assessing the potential of your network and system management employees. It was developed specifically to meet the requirements of energy supply companies and enables you to identify possible further development potential for your employees. Of course, weaknesses or risks (e.g. sudden drops in performance) can also be identified.
The objective is always to ensure the ability of network management employees to work. That's why we also look at the health-related work behaviour of your employees. The individual potential curve is compared based on our empirically collected requirement profile. This forms the basis for possible (preventive or beneficial) personnel development measures.
