IFS HPC

A one-day course covering the International Food Safety (IFS) HPC standard for producers of household and personal care products to ensure they are able to provide safe, compliant and quality goods to the market.

This course is an introduction to the IFS HPC standard and its scope which covers auditing of safe and quality products, and processes of suppliers manufacturing household and personal care products. It covers the most important aspects of the IFS HPC requirements, including the IFS HPC scoring system and its application and how to assess the status of a company with regard to IFS HPC certification. It also covers the benefits of being an HPC certified manufacturer of retailer branded products.

Objective:

At the end of the course, attendees should have an understanding of the scope of products and services covered by IFS HPC and in particular be acquainted with:

  • IFS requirements with a focus on the 6 KO requirements and risk assessment;
  • Examples of IFS HPC product scopes;
  • Benefits of the HPC standard for manufacturers;
  • Certification process, including auditing, reporting and non-compliance follow up.
