This course is structured to cover the overall KO requirements of the IFS Food, version 8; IFS hazard analysis as well as practical examples and in depth guidelines for the certification.
The course also covers IFS Audit Portal and IFS auditXpress while also paying attention to the current IFS developments.

Upon completion of this course, attendees will become familiar with the changes in the IFS Food version 8 as well as with the structure of the IFS and all necessary requirements to ensure proper preparation for a subsequent IFS Food audit.
