Global Standard Gluten-Free Certification Program Issue 4: Sites Training
A one-day course designed for new and existing Global Standard Gluten-Free issue 4 customers to understand issue 4 requirements.
This training course has been designed for new and existing Global Standard Gluten-Free issue 4 customers to understand issue 4 requirements and to provide guidance on implementing a preventative, risk-based Gluten-Free Management System. This training also explains the process to become certified to Global Standard Gluten-Free issue 4.
This training will satisfy the requirement for gluten-free training on site.
The assessment consists of a 25-question exam for auditor training, with a pass mark set at 60%.
Objective:
Upon successful completion, participants will be able to:
- Explain what is required to comply with the requirements of the Global Standard Gluten-Free;
- Understand the expectation of the auditors and evidence to be provided to support compliance;
- Identify different gluten controls that must be implemented as part of a gluten-free management system;
- Determine suitable gluten-free monitoring, deviation, validation, and verification procedures;
- Describe what to expect from the Gluten-Free audit;
- Recall resource tools available for compliance and support from BRCGS.
