Digital Solutions at DNV provides our maritime customers with a 24/7 helpdesk in English and German language with only our own software experts – no third party/outsourced provider. We offer a complete, responsive and flexible service package. If your support needs go beyond hotline support, we can use a remote access to your system or alternatively schedule onsite support.

ShipManager support

We offer a self-service online portal for all of our customers where you can submit, review and close all your related service requests. You can also see a status update of your tickets/support requests at any time. For more information, or if you haven’t received your customer portal account yet, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you would prefer not to invest in the server hardware and IT resources, we can operate the office system server for you. This provides you with highest safety and security standards and 24/7 service. Let us be the IT experts, allowing you to concentrate on your operations.
