With an annual Software Licence Agreement (SLA), we provide an online portal for users to search FAQ or submit questions. Phone and email support is also provided as part of the SLA. You will also have access to the latest version of the software while on SLA.
Training
Additionally, we have private and public trainings on the application and on-site technical or maintenance process review, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
