In this webinar, we demonstrated through two case studies how modelling the entire energy chain provides a comprehensive view of the interactions and impacts between upstream and downstream operations.
- Case study 1: We showed how to seamlessly model a complete oil and gas supply chain – from wells to processing units – using the latest advancements in Maros. This integrated perspective allows for optimized decision-making by addressing bottlenecks, inefficiencies and dependencies across the entire supply chain, rather than in isolation.
- Case study 2: We presented a RAM study for a UK gas distribution network company as part of their regulatory submission for the UK’s Hydrogen Village Trials, aimed at delivering hydrogen from two green production facilities to approximately 2,000 homes. The study focused on assessing the availability and security of hydrogen supply.
