We work with partners in healthcare and IT to provide trust in the data, processes, models, and implementation strategies for AI-based tools in healthcare, and ensure that these tools are adopted in a safe, responsible, and trustworthy manner.
Artificial intelligence is increasingly impacting how health systems make decisions and deliver care. Through research projects and public-private partnerships, we explore the assurance, data quality, and risk management implications of AI in both clinical and non-clinical settings.

AI-Mind project
AI-Mind is a 5-year project funded by Horizon 2020, with the goal of facilitating a paradigm shift in clinical practice for dementia prevention. The project will create two artificial intelligence-based digital tools which identify dysfunctional brain networks (AI-Mind Connector), and assess dementia risk (AI-Mind Predictor).
DNV, as a trusted independent expert for assurance and risk management, will work with partners to develop and implement guidelines for data management, governance and quality assurance of the health data being used in the project.
