This report is a foresight study based on the report presented as part 1 and other trend studies. It analyses the challenges and opportunities associated with the further development of a sustainable blue economy in the Norwegian Arctic. This report presents four different scenarios for the Norwegian Arctic and addresses opportunities for delivering on the ambition of securing a sustainable blue economy in 2030 and 2050.
