Darshak Parikh
Senior Consultant, Risk Advisory
Darshak Parikh is a Senior Consultant working with the risk advisory team at Energy Systems, DNV, and is based out of the London office. Darshak is responsible for technical and commercial due-diligence projects related to Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies, Charging infrastructure, Battery Gigafactories and related technologies and market developments, and has also worked with clients on Fleet Electrification projects at DNV.
Prior to joining DNV, Darshak was part of the E-Mobility Supply Chain and Technology team at IHS Markit at which, he was responsible for the technology and supply chain forecasting of E-Mobility components. Darshak started his career at Mahindra’s R&D unit, leading the development of BEVs in the South Asia region. Darshak’s experience ranges from technical and strategy consulting, product development to EV safety & risk assessment. Darshak holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from India’s prestigious technical university, the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar.

Matias Ubogui
Electric Vehicles Regional Segment Leader for Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America
Matías is the Regional Segment Leader for Electric Vehicles for Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America and a senior consultant in DNV’s Electric Vehicle segment. He has a solid background within Automotive, Energy and Manufacturing industries with over 15 years of experience. Before joining DNV he worked in SEAT (Volkswagen Group) in urban mobility electric vehicles solutions and consultancy firms such as EY. Matías is also Delegate of the Argentine Association of Electric Vehicles (AAVEA) in Europe. He has worked in several studies in assessing the implementation of e-mobility at national and city level.
Matías holds a Postgraduate degree in Electric Vehicles from Polytechnic University of Catalunya, a Master of Science in Management Engineering from Polytechnic University of Milan and an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
Ryan Bossis
Director, EV Programs
Ryan is the Director of EV Programs, leading DNV’s work to deliver programs for rebate incentives, managed charging applications, charger data analytics, and fleet electrification studies across the North American market. He has spent almost 15 years supporting utilities to deliver their clean energy programs throughout the program lifecycle from design, to implementation, to evaluation.
His work to scale electric vehicle and DER deployments leverages advanced analytics to maximize program impacts of GHG reductions and financial value to utilities and their customers, while minimizing impacts to the electric grid. Ryan has also engaged in strategic consulting activities in support of regulatory filings and benefit and cost analyses to value DSM resources. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
