DNV MEDCERT announces appointment of Dr. Hendrik Schorler as new Managing Director

The appointment comes after the retirement of DNV MEDCERT’s previous Managing Director Klaus-Dieter Ziel. With over 15 years of experience in medtech leadership and certification management positions, Dr. Hendrik Schorler brings a wealth of expertise and strategic vision to the position.

Dr. Hendrik Schorler assumes the role after previously serving as Head of Operations at DNV MEDCERT where he played a pivotal part in streamlining processes, enhancing service delivery, and driving operational excellence. With an extensive background in regulatory compliance and quality systems, Dr. Hendrik Schorler is uniquely positioned to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and innovation.

He will oversee the organization's operations, drive innovation and digitalization in certification and auditing services, and strengthen DNV MEDCERT’s commitment to delivering trusted assessments to clients worldwide.
