Interim versions of adopted documents available in IMO-Vega
IMO-Vega is extended with resolutions adopted by MEPC 81 and MSC 108, presented in pdf, until next main release (November).
Relevant for design offices, shipyards, suppliers, ship owners and managers as well as flag states.
The IMO-Vega database
IMO-Vega is a searchable database of the regulation text of the SOLAS, MARPOL,
Load Line conventions and other conventions, and codes such as ISM, ISPS,
2000 HSC Code, IBC Code, and much more.
The IMO-Vega Database, developed by the International Maritime Organization
(IMO) and DNV AS, puts all the necessary information on safety and pollution
prevention requirements applicable to ships at your fingertips.
The instruments adopted by MEPC 81 (March 2024) and by MSC 108 (May 2024)
are now presented in pdf with amendments marked, under the applicable
instruments, include; MARPOL VI and Protocol I, SOLAS II-1, II-2, V, BWM
Convention, STCW-F Convention, Mandatory Codes: IGF, Grain, ESP, LSA, FSS,
STCW Pt.A and STCW-F (new). The IMDG Code will be presented in the next
main release.
Also updated and new guidelines from MEPC 81 and updated performance
standards, recommendations and requirements for maintenance from MSC 108
(resolutions) are presented. These can be viewed from Contents > Resolutions >
MEPC Resolutions or MSC Resolutions respectively.
