Synergi Life Spring Summit 2025

We are excited to invite you to the Synergi Life Spring Summit, a two-day user conference taking place at DNV's headquarter in Oslo, Norway on May 06th and 07th, 2025

At this conference, Synergi Life customers will develop hands-on skills and learn best practices to promote the use of the software through use case presentations, tips and tricks and live demonstrations. There will also be an opportunity to share insights and feedback on the development of future product versions. 

The summit will provide opportunities for peer-to-peer networking, personalized discussions with DNV's technical experts, and insightful peer group workshops.

Are there any hotel accommodations available for the event?

There are several hotels close to the DNV office in Høvik. We cooperate with Scandic Sjølyst and offer a discount code to our customers attending the user conference. Please reach out to us directly if you would like to book your stay at this hotel and we will provide you with the code and further instructions.

Is there a shuttle service that can take us to the venue every day?

We will arrange for a shuttle bus that will transfer between the DNV Høvik office, Scandic Sjølyst hotel at Skøyen and the evening location (on 06/5). More information on this to follow registration.

In general, DNV shuttle buses run to and from the Veritas center every weekday morning and afternoon. The buses are free of charge for both DNV employees and visitors.

One bus route departs from Sandvika station, while the other leaves from Skøyen station (stopping at Lysaker station). These stations are all serviced by Oslo public bus and train lines, as well as the 'Flytoget' airport train service.

Is parking free for the event?

There are no charges for parking at the premises. You may park in the available garage spaces nearby our Høvik office. Please observe all posted parking signs and restrictions.
Where will the event take place?

The event will take place at DNV’s headquarters situated by the Oslo fjord at Høvik, 20 minutes outside Oslo city. It consists of three large office buildings. The Synergi Life Spring Summit will take place at Veritas 3, please go directly to the reception and we will meet you there. A map of the location can be found here: DNV headquarters in Norway
What is the refund policy for tickets purchases?

Customer shall have the right to cancel its participation in the Service by giving written notice to DNV prior to the commencement of the Service. Please reach out to digital@dnv.com to process the cancellation request.

In case of Customer’s cancellation, the following fees shall apply:

If written cancellations received from Customer more than 31 days prior to the commencement date of the Service shall be entitled to 100% refund of the price paid for the Service.

If written cancellations received from Customer no less than 31 days but more than 14 days prior to the commencement date of the Service shall be entitled to a 50% refund of the price paid for the Service.

No refunds will be provided to Customer for written cancellations received 14 days or less prior to the commencement date of the Service.
Do we need to pay for food at the event?

No, each ticket includes coffee/snack break, lunch (06/5 and 07/5), and our dinner event (06/5). No additional purchases are required. 
Do your sessions offer certificates of attendance?

Upon request we will provide a certificate of attendance for the event. Be sure to sign it at each session to ensure your certificates. Certificates will be sent to the email on your registration after the event. Please allow up to 30 days for receipt of certificates.

Will the sessions be recorded?
