Synergi Life Spring Summit 2025

We are excited to invite you to the Synergi Life Spring Summit, a two-day user conference taking place at DNV's headquarter in Oslo, Norway on May 06th and 07th, 2025

At this conference, Synergi Life customers will develop hands-on skills and learn best practices to promote the use of the software through use case presentations, tips and tricks and live demonstrations. There will also be an opportunity to share insights and feedback on the development of future product versions. 

The summit will provide opportunities for peer-to-peer networking, personalized discussions with DNV's technical experts, and insightful peer group workshops.

There are several hotels close to the DNV office in Høvik. We cooperate with Scandic Sjølyst and offer a discount code to our customers attending the user conference. We will arrange for a shuttle bus that will transfer between the DNV Høvik office, Scandic Sjølyst hotel at Skøyen and the evening location (on 06/5). More information on this to follow registration.

In general, DNV shuttle buses run to and from the Veritas center every weekday morning and afternoon. The buses are free of charge for both DNV employees and visitors.

One bus route departs from Sandvika station, while the other leaves from Skøyen station (stopping at Lysaker station). These stations are all serviced by Oslo public bus and train lines, as well as the 'Flytoget' airport train service.

There are no charges for parking at the premises. You may park in the available garage spaces nearby our Høvik office. Please observe all posted parking signs and restrictions.

The event will take place at DNV’s headquarters situated by the Oslo fjord at Høvik, 20 minutes outside Oslo city. It consists of three large office buildings. Attendees have the right to cancel its participation in the event by giving prior written notice to DNV. Please reach out to digital@dnv.com to process the cancellation request. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

Cancellation terms

In case of customer’s cancellation, the following cancellation fee applies:

If written notice is given more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the event, event tickets will receive a full refund after purchasing. 

If written notice is given less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the Event, 50% of the agreed fee plus 100% of any unrecoverable expenses incurred by DNV in respect of the event.

If written notice is given 14 days or less prior to the commencement of the event, 100% of the agreed fee plus 100% of any unrecoverable expenses incurred by DNV in respect of the event.
