June 2nd, 18:00 - 20:00: Welcome Reception at INNSiDE Hotel Newcastle

Join us for an evening of networking and refreshments as we kick off the conference. This relaxed social gathering provides an excellent opportunity to meet fellow attendees and DNV experts in an informal setting.

Frequently asked questions

The conference will be held at two locations:

  • At DNV Spadeadam Research Facility (Cumbria, UK) on June 3-4.
  • At the INNSiDE Hotel in Newcastle on June 5 for a full day conference. The welcome reception on June 2nd will also be held at the same venue.

We have partnered with INNSiDE Hotel Newcastle to offer special rates for conference attendees. We recommend staying at this hotel as it:

  • Serves as the venue for the welcome reception and Day 3 sessions
  • Is the departure point for daily shuttle service to Spadeadam
  • Offers preferential rates for conference attendees

Please reach out to us directly if you would like to book your stay at this hotel and we will provide you with the code and further instructions.

Complimentary shuttle service will operate between INNSiDE Hotel Newcastle and Spadeadam on June 3-4. Detailed shuttle schedule will be provided closer to the event.

We recommend arriving by June 2nd to attend the welcome reception and to ensure you're ready for the shuttle to Spadeadam on June 3rd.

Attendees have the right to cancel their participation in the conference by giving written notice to DNV at least 30 days before the event. Please reach out to digital@dnv.com to process the cancellation request.

Cancellation terms

In case of customer’s cancellation, the following cancellation fee applies:

If written notice is given more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the event, event tickets will receive a full refund after purchasing. 

If written notice is given less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the Event, 50% of the agreed fee plus 100% of any unrecoverable expenses incurred by DNV in respect of the event.

If written notice is given 14 days or less prior to the commencement of the event, 100% of the agreed fee plus 100% of any unrecoverable expenses incurred by DNV in respect of the event.

Upon request we will provide a certificate of attendance for the event. Please register your interest at digital@dnv.com and certificates will be sent to your email after the event.

Yes, you can customize your agenda across all three tracks (Synergi Pipeline, Synergi Gas, and Synergi Pipeline Simulator). A detailed schedule will be provided to help you plan.

Each ticket includes lunch and refreshments for June 3-5, as well as our dinner event on June 2. No additional purchases are required.
