HKMW 2024 will be held from November 17-23 in Hong Kong, bringing together industry leaders, experts and guests from around the world to explore the latest trends in the maritime industry.

DNV Group President & CEO Remi Eriksen will deliver a keynote speech entitled “Impact of Decarbonization in Maritime Industry” at the Main Forum.
DNV Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Greater China, Norbert Kray will join the Inauguration Ceremony of the Smart Carbon Reduction Consortium, and WMMF ESG Rating Standards Release.
Remi Eriksen, DNV Group President & CEO will deliver an opening keynote at 9:15 - 9:25.
Martin Chen, Business Development Director, Hong Kong and Taiwan, DNV Maritime, will moderate a session on “The Shipowner’s Perspective” from 12:15 - 13:00.
At HKMW 2024, DNV will host a forum to bring together the finance, leasing, and insurance sectors together with owners, ship managers and investors towards the decarbonization of the maritime and port sector. At the forum, we will present sustainable finance taxonomies, frameworks and uptake with examples of successful financing from owners, charterers and infrastructure as well as regulatory changes on the horizon and how these may affect sustainable finance.
