Welcome back to the Cascade Electric Grid User Seminar 2024 at Sunriver Resort! This event is a fantastic opportunity for our customers to witness our Cascade software in action. Through peer use case presentations, tips, tricks, and live demonstrations, attendees will gain practical skills and learn proven methods to enhance their software utilization. Additionally, you'll have the chance to share your insights on how future product releases should evolve.

Here are some highlights and changes for this year's program:
Event Schedule
- Sessions will run from Tuesday morning through Thursday evening.
- On Tuesday afternoon, DNV Electric Grid will host a Customer/Partner showcase, followed by a traditional special event social and dinner in the evening.
- Our hospitality suite (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening) will feature scheduled sessions and dedicated time with our Electric Grid staff.

Customer Presentations and Panel Discussions
Attendees will get to see engaging customer case studies and presentations on the use of our software solutions, including:
- Central Hudson: “Journey to Cascade Version 4”
- Salt River Project: “Asset and Work Management for Control and Protection Assets”
- Public Service Co. of New Mexico: The Value of Criticality Health and Risk in Cascade
- Panel Discussion: The Application of Cascade for Transmission Lines (American Transmission Company Public Service Company of New Mexico, and more.)

Cascade Tips & Tricks + Customer Choice Award!
The Cascade tips and tricks session is a big hit with attendees and will be presented again this year. To build on that, we’re having an extended session where Customer Success will present best of your tips and tricks. During the conference the attendees will vote and award the customer choice tip & trick of the year!
Nominate your Cascade tip or trick by sending a simple 1-2 sentence description of your Cascade tip or trick to Melinda.Mackey@dnv.com. From there, the Customer Success team will select the finalists and follow-up for more details prior to the conference.
