DNV Council
The DNV Council is the foundation's highest authority. It is composed of 40 members, all senior representatives of the industries served by DNV.
DNV Board of Directors
The DNV Board of Directors consists of a chairman and nine members. Five of these are selected from different business sectors, while four are elected among the employees.
